4.22.1.0 AT new features (2021-10-14)

It is now possible to make the "area supervisor" field mandatory for task creation;
A compliance exception approval must now be done in order; The lower level must approve before the higher level approves;
An email/notification is sent when a new task is created to verify it;
It is now possible to see the active tasks in the task report;
There is now a pagination for the list of all compliance exceptions for a user with the roles to see them.
