Risk Analysis - Due Diligence

Due diligence is an approach that can help companies effectively handle their occupational health and safety management activities.

For its part, the coercive aspect of Bill C-21 tells us what minimum steps a company must take to demonstrate its commitment. In both cases, it must be understood that any effective prevention approach necessarily begins with an analysis of the hazards and risks found in the workplace.
